Holidays 2010Our services are available year round to meet your pet’s needs. Due to the increased burden on our employees during holiday periods, we will continue charging an additional $10 fee for walks and hikes on the following holidays. Please note this surcharge goes DIRECTLY to the walker/sitter. Pets a Go Go ™ does not retain any portion of the holiday surcharge.
Boarding ReservationsWe strongly recommend that you make boarding reservations as soon as possible. Pets a Go Go ™ requires at least a two week advance notice to guarantee care for your dog during your vacation time. To make reservations, please call our office at +1 (888) 4PETGOGO during normal business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) Monday thru Friday. Afterhours and over weekends, all voicemails are monitored by rotational office staff. Only emergency calls will be returned during non-business hours. For those travelling, you should also carry the local numbers of Pets a Go Go ™ (since toll-free numbers rarely work out of the country). Those numbers are 914-458-4181 or 845-231-0814. Depending on the circumstance, additional charges may be incurred for services performed after hours or during the weekend. If you are a new client, please be advised that a meet and greet is required prior to the start of any services. Cancellation PolicyFor normal walking and hiking services cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of your agreed-upon 'window'. A one week notice is required when canceling boarding or overnight services (two weeks for holiday periods). We understand emergencies happen but Pets a Go Go ™ reserves the right to charge for its services if the cancellation policy is not adhered to by clients. Entrance Access/Walk TimeIf we arrive at your home for dog walking or hiking and your dog is not available or if we are unable to gain access to your apartment or home during a scheduled walk, you will be charged in full for services. Pets a Go Go ™ does recognize that mistakes happen but we reserve the right to charge for such events. PaymentPayments are due on a weekly basis as services are rendered. If service is not weekly then payment is due on the last day of service. We accept cash, checks, credit cards (American Express, Discover Mastercard or Visa). Checks may be made payable to either Pets a Go Go or Cash. We attempt to make things as easy as possible for our human clients so either leave payment in the walker provided envelope or mail it to Pets a Go Go LLC at 72 North State Road, #162, Briarcliff Manor, New York 10510. Payment is expected in full within five calendar days of the last service. Pets a Go Go ™ reserves the right to charge a daily late fee until balance due is paid in full. A $5.00 per day late fee will apply to those services not paid within five business days following end of service. Pets a Go Go ™ reserves the right to suspend services if an overdue balance remains open more than two calendar weeks or exceeds $150.00. © Pets a Go Go LLC |
